Children are so adorable, and so are their words, thoughts and aspirations. Just take this little girl for instance. Her naive wish on the eve of her birthday was to take a cop out to lunch. Of course, such a wish would not seem something that could become reality, but it did, thanks to a large-hearted person, named Markie Waggamon.
